What we collect
When you subscribe to Armarium updates we collect your email address, any interests you select, the language of the page, and a record of your consent (the time, the wording you agreed to, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address). If you write to us or call us, we receive the details you choose to share. This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no analytics; our cookie policy has the details.
Why we use it
To confirm your registration, to send you news about Armarium’s collections, services and events, and to respond if you write to us. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it is kept
Your details are stored with our hosting provider (Netlify) and sent through our email provider (Resend). If you book an appointment, your booking details are handled by our scheduling provider (Cal.com). These providers may process data outside the UAE under contractual safeguards. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or for up to 24 months after you join, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@armariumjewelry.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email. These rights are provided under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
